Nautiline Yacht Finish Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Nautiline Yacht Finish (“we, ” “us, ” or “our”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Services

Our services are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or vessel.

2. Service Description

Our services include, but are not limited to, boat detailing, buffing, waxing, and exterior restoration. A detailed description of the specific services will be provided in a written quote.

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for services is determined on a per-job basis and will be outlined in a written quote. Payment is due upon completion of the service.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are required for all services. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

5. Liability

We are insured for the services we provide. However, we are not responsible for any damage to your boat that is not directly caused by our work. We will not be held liable for any damage to your boat that occurs during the service period.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
